A 350m² swimming pool, looked after every day and cleaned at the highest standards using high-tech filtration techniques.
This anti-conformally designed pool allows for a truly relaxing experience while its location offers generous views of the Ionian Sea. The perimeter of the pool is equipped with comfy furniture, such as sun beds and bean bags, where guests have the opportunity to enjoy fresh made cocktails, various drinks and healthy snacks from the hotel bar. The pool is child friendly and includes an appropriate section devoted to our youngest guests.
Mediterranean flora is still present and smoothly cradles part of the patio.

Avithos is a quiet beautiful beach with crystalline waters located in a walking distance of 350m from Leivatho Hotel. The beach consists of reddish sand and an impressive mountain backdrop. Surrounded by verdant vegetation and nice facilities, Avithos makes the ideal environment for children allowing for many games in the sand and in the shallow waters.
A couple of nice taverns are found in close distance from the beach offering delicious meals from the local cuisine. A distinct feature of the beach is the clear view of the tiny islet of Dias and the small church which stands on top. Each year, there is a pilgrimage by boats to honour Saint Diotissa.
Annually, among few other beaches of Cephalonia, Avithos is awarded the famous "Blue Flag" given by a Danish non-profit organisation. Moreover, it is equipped with shower, WC, a beach hut, deck-chairs and umbrellas, lifeguard and life belts.

Kefalonia is one of the largest islands in Greece and usually our guests require some means of transportation. In the spirit of offering all possible comforts to our guests, we collaborate with many professionals of such kind (cars, bikes and motorbikes e.t.c) always securing special rates.
This is better achieved if you can plan in advance for such a need. Similarly, if you are more of a sport fanatic and want to endeavor the amazing (often inaccessible) Kefalonian landscape and sea, we can organize for you a variety of activities, from sea-kayak to horse riding, day tours and private boat trips. For what it’s worth, Kefalonia is a jewel and we would like our guests to indulge in and seize the unique experiences that this island can offer.
